Company Director

Gemma set up Event Management and Training in August 2016 with the aim of offering quality services to a range of sectors.

She has been training first aid and providing event cover for 22 years and she is continually looking for new ways of enhancing her skills, she has a wealth of knowledge and qualifications to aid her in her post including, First Response Emergency Care Level 4 (FREC 4) Level 4 Designated Safeguarding Officer, Outdoor first aid, and a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, Fire Marshall and Childhood Illness to name a few.

Phil Higham

Operations Manager

Phil has been with the company since its incorporation and helps with event planning and cover.

He brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He has completed his First Response Emergency Care Level 4 (FREC4), Medical Gases, Safeguarding and is a Level 4 Registered Manager.

In addition to working alongside Gemma, he also runs a specialist care company for adults with learning disabilities.

Jack Mellow

Team Leader

Jack joined in 2019 and has shown dedication to the company and team. 

Jack was initially employed as a stretcher bearer and found he enjoyed the role and wanted to gain further knowledge in first aid to become a first aider for the company.  He gained his First Response Emergency Care Level 3 (FREC3) then one year later completed the First Response Emergency Care Level 4 (FREC4)

In his spare time Jack enjoys a range of sports as well as going for walks with his two dogs.
